The diagnosis: the ROKA owner experience felt hotel-grade up to signing, then dropped to the level of any other developer. Floor plans, warranties, construction updates, work status — all lived in different silos and none of them were easy to access.
The ROKA Client Service team fielded the same dozens of questions every week: "when is the slab being poured?", "where do I find the 3D plan?", "is the Platinum offer still valid?". Time lost on both sides, in exactly the place the brand promised otherwise.
We opened with a three-day workshop and 14 interviews with ROKA owners — from people who had just signed the week before to those who had been living there for two years. One single output: a 5-moment journey map.
From that, the five zones of the app crystallized: My Apartments (personal portfolio), Marketplace (active ROKA projects), Apartment Details (plans, warranties, documents), News (live updates from the construction site), Profile & Platinum (loyalty program: Silver → Gold → Platinum).
Visually we translated the hospitality DNA into a digital system: ROKA gold (#FFB005) on graphite, Inter typography with clear hierarchy steps, photography lit with natural light. Zero generic gradients, zero stock icons — every element whispers "premium" instead of shouting it.
The engineering team shipped native iOS (Swift) and native Android (Kotlin) in parallel, a dedicated CMS for the ROKA marketing team, and a Node.js backend that feeds the app with site updates in real time. All from scratch, in 22 weeks.
Six months in, 1,200+ owners actively use the app — double the initial target. App Store rating 4.8★ and Google Play 4.7★ across 320+ real reviews.
Call volume into ROKA Client Service dropped 40% in the first 90 days post-launch. Repeat questions about progress, plans, and documents now resolve in two taps.
Most importantly: the Platinum program reshaped the owner relationship. 38% of owners who reach Platinum status buy a second ROKA property within the next 12 months. The app became the primary lifetime-value engine for ROKA Development.
